Merand’s Secret Trade Show In France

In partnership with Bocker France, Les Moulins Familiaux and Terrena Meunerie, Merand has organised a very special private Trade Show, which will feature non-stop demonstrations from 2pm on the 24th of January until 6pm on the 26th of January. The Trade Show will take place at the Merand Office, located at ZI La Turbanière 35530 Brécé, France.

The Rheopan Automatic Bread Line:

Designed as a flexible and customisable stress-free breadline, the Rheopan line has the ability to divide, weigh, seed, mould and round all bread types, including very hydrated and fermented doughs. 

The Polypains Automatic Group:

Composed of the automatic DivBloc Dual dough block divider, the Mécaform automatic intermediate proofer and the Armor Tradition horizontal moulder, the PolyPains automatic group allows the production of a wide range of high quality white and traditional breads.

The Flexiline 2.5 Automatic Bread Line:

An automatic bread-making line that can produce up to 2,500 baguettes or bread per hour. This machine is recommended for a use of 16-24 hours per day and is particularly useful for the production of small breads. 

The Rolling Line Automatic Bread Line:

An automatic line for the production of round breads including hamburgers, pizzas, brioches and even pizza. The Rolling Line has a high level of weight precision and high production rates. 

The Merand Stradivario 

The Merand Stradivario is a hydraulic stress free dough grid divider, similar to the Atoupain but with automation function specs. Designed for complete accuracy and efficiency when working with all types of doughs, it also allows you to use the cold fermentation process.
