These tanks have been designed and manufactured in Italy and are exclusive to Vanrooy Machinery, where our team have worked hard to ensure that only the highest quality tanks will be available to our customers.
Different to Chocolate Tempering machines, Chocolate Melting tanks are designed to dissolve, melt, and maintain the temperature of the chocolate. With our tanks, the manual, accurate analogue thermostat allows you to melt the chocolate and maintain it in a tempered state. All you need to do is turn the machine on and set the temperature that you need.
We are stocking 6L, 9L and Mini Melting Tanks. All are benchtop models and suitable for small – medium production, are energy efficient and extremely easy to use. These machines also work extremely well in conjunction with our Chocolate Tempering Machines to speed up the melting process and in turn, increase your daily chocolate output!
