Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be deemed faulty, in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require your order number as proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund following a thorough testing process by our team. If approved, then the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted depending on your bank’s processing timelines.

Exchanges

Mockmill Returns Policy
We offer refunds and exchanges for faulty or damaged flour mills purchased from Vanrooy. If you believe your Mockmill is faulty, please contact us at [email protected], providing a detailed description of the issue along with any relevant images or videos for our service team’s assessment.
Following a thorough assessment by our team, if a fault is identified, we will offer you the option of an exchange or refund. Please be aware that exchanges are limited to the same machine originally purchased. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that refunds and exchanges are not available for instances of change of mind or if the flour mill is found not to be faulty.
Refunds and exchanges are provided for faulty or damaged melting tanks. To report a potential fault with your Melting Tank, kindly email [email protected], detailing the issue along with supporting images or videos for thorough assessment by our service team.
