The Baking Industry Trade Show is returning for what will be its sixth annual appearance in 2023 in Sydney this May 30th – June 1st. The three-day event will be hosted in Sydney at Wentworth Park, Glebe, and welcome all bakery enthusiasts from near and far at no cost.
The Baking Industry Trade Show is designed and presented specifically for the baking industry and we at Vanrooy Machinery are excited to be attending for another year. For the 2023 Trade Show, we will have an Artisan Bakery stand where we will be showcasing Artisan Pastry, Artisan Bread, and complete doughnut solutions. You can view our schedule below:
Plus, we’ll also be producing artisan sourdough and pastries every hour, which will be used at the Weber Vacuum Cooling stand next door to us. This is something you have to see!
Just as in previous years, the 2023 Trade Show will provide you with the opportunity to network with industry leaders and exhibitors, view a stellar showcase of equipment and live test bakeries, seek technical assistance, check out the latest and greatest ingredients and gain insight into the most recent advancements in operation for your business. More than this, you will be able to attend free workshops, take part in the Baker’s Corner, view live demos, and attend the National Excellence in Baking Awards Dinner.
This year’s Trade Show will see the return of Australia’s Best Pie & Pastie Competition, which is conducted by the Baking Association of Australia and stands as the baking industry’s only recognised national pie and pastie competition. Both of these competitions carry industry prestige and pride as they are conducted by and for the industry. Both competitions are supported by key allied traders and judged to industry-standard criteria that are used and recognised nationally.
