Escher M50P Spiral Mixer
This fixed bowl spiral dough mixer designed specifically to improve your production quality and time spent mixing. The Premium Line was created for intensive use with stiffer doughs, whilst featuring the industry leading Premium drive system and dual belt resulting in more power being delivered to the spiral tool. The Escher M50P is the most robust spiral mixer on the market, producing the highest quality dough with minimal heat generation to the dough. The M Premium Series has a capacity range from 40kg to 240kg. There are two speeds available for use, automatic timers and a two-way bowl rotation allowing you to reverse the bowl in first speed. Salva Iverpan FC Retarder Proover
The range of Iverpan FC Retarder Proovers by Salva is recognised as an indispensable piece of equipment in bakeries and patisseries around the world. The FC Retarder Proovers are controlled fermentation cabinets for trays or racks, featuring an award winning electromagnetic black glass door with automatic opening and an FC-Touch control panel. These Proovers are equipped with Salvalink technology and can store up to 100 programs, with pictograms of the final product. More than this, the proovers are available in 3 sizes and generate steam, cool air and heat individually or simultaneously, with working temperatures between -2 and 40 degrees. Salva Kwik Co Convection Oven
The Salva Kwik Co Convection Oven range has been carefully designed to create an aesthetically unique oven with excellent baking uniformity that holds the power saving qualities that Salva is renowned for. At its core, the Kwik Co was designed with the demands of the modern baker in mind, with a touch screen control panel, eco-friendly energy-saving capabilities and uniform baking. The Kwik Co also has even distribution airflow technology with dual speeds, an independent heating program and a programmable vent damper. Salva NXE Modular Deck Oven
The Salva Modular Deck oven range is recognised worldwide for its baking quality, flexibility and versatility. The range boasts industry leading features, programs and power-saving qualities to help you bake better, with the NXE being their most popular from the range. Because the range is modular, you are able to add additional decks in the future if the demand for your products grows. All ovens in this range have guaranteed uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber and the independent modules allow different types of products to be cooked in each module. Hand-crafted from 100% natural and sustainable rattan, our range of Banneton Baskets are not only perfect for all of your bread-prooving needs, they’re also environmentally friendly and built to last. Rattan is an exceptional material that removes excess water from your dough, allowing it to breathe during the proofing process; thereby creating a more stable, dome-shaped loaf that is plump and packed with flavour. We have both Round and Oval Banneton Baskets available at Vanrooy, ideal for any bakery, patisserie, wholesale and home-baker. We even use them ourselves for all our industry demonstrations and customer trials! The baskets are built to last and come with 1x liner cloth.
