We recently launched a brand new range of Charcoal Ovens, Parrilla Wind-Up Grills, and Hibachi’s, in collaboration with Chef Elijah Holland. Now, we want you to come and see them for yourselves!

FirEnace, our impressive range of fire-focussed equipment, was tried and tested over many years before being released into the market earlier last month. The range has been developed by a renowned Australian Chef, manufactured from solid stainless steel with functionality at the forefront of the build, and is guaranteed to heighten the natural flavours of just about anything you want to cook.

Ergonomics is also at the core of the design of each machine, with the aim to provide users with safe, efficient and easy functioning equipment, particularly for those working in fast-pace kitchens.

Elijah Holland, Forager and Executive Chef at Loti St Kilda and Tanswell’s in Beechworth, will be demonstrating how to create a wide-range of diverse products across the Parrilla Wind-Up Grill and the Charcoal Oven.

Attending this demonstration is the perfect opportunity for you to see the equipment live and in action, ask questions from the best in the business, and of course, try some delicious food. It’s your first step towards taking your kitchen to the next level.
