There are just FIVE DAYS LEFT until this year’s Fine Foods Trade Event, which will be hosted at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from Monday, September 5th – Thursday, September 8th.

As you know, Vanrooy is proud to be a part of three separate stands this year, including the Innovations in Patisserie stand in collaboration with Mayers Fine Foods, the First ever Artisan Bakery area in collaboration with Fine Foods, and our very own Vanrooy Machinery stand, located at E38.

The Artisan Bakery Area:

In conjunction with Fine Foods, Vanrooy Machinery will be hosting the first-ever live Artisan Baking area. The Artisan Baking area will present the very best in premium, European-quality Bakery equipment, with demonstrations led by some of the industry’s greatest talent. More than this, we have four wonderful ingredient sponsors for this area: MOI Australia, SilverChef, St David Dairy and Provenance Flour and Malt.
