Fine Food Australia is the definitive trade event for the food, beverage and hospitality industries in Australia. Staged annually since 1984, the event features over one thousand exhibitors from Australia and around the world, showcasing thousands of the latest food, beverage and equipment ideas.
The exhibition has consistently welcomed over 25,000 industry visitors across foodservice, hospitality and retail over the years; positioning itself as unrivalled when it comes to presenting opportunities to the industry to find innovative new products, fine-tune their skills and focus on business improvement through various seminar programs.
We are thrilled to be a part of three areas at this years’ Fine Foods Exhibition:
Innovations in Patisserie:
Like previous years, Vanrooy will be supplying all of the equipment for the Innovations in Patisserie stand, which will be hosted in collaboration with Mayers Fine Foods. Not only will the stand exhibit the best in Patisserie equipment, but it will also feature incredible demonstrations from some of Australia’s best Bakers, Chocolatiers, and Pastry Chefs.
Artisan Baking:
More than this, in conjunction with Fine Foods, Vanrooy Machinery will be hosting the first ever live Artisan Baking area. The Artisan Baking area will present the very best in premium, European-quality Bakery equipment, with demonstrations led by some of the industry’s greatest talent.
Vanrooy Machinery:
Finally, on this years’ Vanrooy Machinery stand, the team will also be exhibiting never-before seen equipment and featuring special overseas suppliers who have traveled specifically to be at the show.
