Get To Know FirEnace
Whilst cooking with fire may not be an entirely new phenomenon (in fact, until about 150 years ago, every household cooked over a fire), there’s no denying the rise in fire-focussed restaurants over the last few years, with the mention of ‘wood-fired’ dishes across many popular menus. That’s why we teamed up with Chef Elijah Holland to bring FirEnace to your kitchens.
Backed by more than 10 years of experience, FirEnace represents the latest in charcoal cooking innovation and design. Manufactured from heavy gauge stainless steel for mass heat retention, the FirEnace equipment range has been designed in collaboration with some of the world’s top Chefs to provide your restaurant, pub, commercial kitchen or home kitchen with optimum flavour, every single time.
A major benefit of cooking with charcoal is that it allows you to exert greater influence over the food you cook. The biggest difference between using charcoal and/or chargrilling as opposed to a standard oven and/or grill is that cooking with charcoal allows entirely new flavours to be imparted by the heat source, adding more flavour, and bridging the gap between grilling and hot smoking.
With ease, versatility, and optimum flavour at the forefront of the design, the Parrilla Wind-Up Grill offers an extensive cooking surface with a state-of-the-art elevating system, giving users the ability to cook multiple things at once, and from all angles of the grill. The Parrilla Wind-Up Grill is competitively priced, uses elevating wheels to allow the user to easily regulate the grill height over the coals/fire for increased control, and can reach temperatures between 300 – 500 degrees. You can learn more about this machine on our website here.
