With a focus on Artisan Bread and Artisan Pastries, plus an exclusive look at our brand new range of Firenace Charcoal Equipment, this demonstration is beneficial for both professionals and at-home bakers / chefs who are looking to expand their knowledge and skills.
Products, including sourdough, croissants, danishes and more, will be created using locally-sourced ingredients.
Plus, we will also be joined by the team from Provenance Flour and Malt, who will be supplying their Origin / Single Varietal Flour and Malt for the demo, as well as providing further education about their product and the many benefits of using it.
Tastings, as well as beverages will be included.
