Giampiero Le Pera works as a Corporate Chef within the R&D department at Roboqbo, dealing with training, demonstrations, research and development. He is a professional trainer and Haute Cuisine Chef and has been working in the food industry for 25 years. After starting his career as a kitchen boy, he has gone on to have experience as a professional chef in Italy and abroad.
