You are invited to join us, along with Vanrooy Machinery & Puratos, at the NBIA on Wednesday, August 2nd from 11 am – 2 pm.
Vanrooy Machinery will be demonstrating how to produce high-quality doughnuts and gelato as efficiently as possible, utilising some of our most popular, European-quality machines to do so. We will also be joined by our friends from Puratos, who will walk you through soft grains and artisan bread production.
This demonstration day will also offer education on our range of Salva Proover Retarders and the many benefits that come from implementing this type of machine in your bakery.
