The Tablette is a compact bench sheeter suitable for rolling small quantities of puff pastry, pasta, pizza dough and sugar paste.

Key Features

The tablette folds up for fast, easy and compact storage when not in use.
The direction of the rollers can be selected by a joystick and the dough thickness regulated by a lockable handle.
The opening between the rollers can be set from 0 to a maximum of 30 mm.
The rollers are 62 mm in diameter and plated with hexavalent chrome (certified food grade material)
