Chocolate is beaten against the conche’s walls through a continuous mechanical movement effected by special agitators placed inside the tank which allows the extraction of humidity and acidity
Special cover with extracting fan allows a quicker extraction of residual humidity and acidity
When conching has been completed, it is possible to load remaining ingredients of the recipe and mix at low speed before loading them into refining ball mill
The machine is completely assembled in stainless steel AISI 304 with heating insulation for thermoregulation
Special agitators with possibility to regulate their inclination
Discharging valve completely demountable for cleaning
Control panel in stainless steel AISI 304 with touch screen panel for the management of all the controls
Conching machine can also be placed on loading cells for the automatic dosing of ingredients
CR range is available in different capacity from 20, 150, 600, 1000 and 2000 kg
