Can I book an appointment for a demonstration of the Mockmill flour mill?

Unfortunately, we do not have any of the flour mills available for testing. We have a range of videos and information online demonstrating how the mill works and the quality of the product. These videos can be found in the 'Helpful Links' tab.

Should I get the Mockmill 100 or the Mockmill 200?

Both use the same stone milling technology, so the choice comes down to volume and bench space. The Mockmill 100 suits home bakers milling smaller batches regularly, while the Mockmill 200 Professional is built for larger volumes and more frequent use, making it a better fit for serious sourdough bakers or small bakeries.

How do I clean and maintain the Mockmill 200?

The milling stones are largely self cleaning if you run a coarse setting from time to time. If the mill won't be used for a while, milling a small batch of dry rise on a coarse setting clears any flour residue. The stones should never be cleaned with water, and the casing should only be wiped with a slightly damp cloth, never submerged. For a complete cleaning tutorial, check out the videos linked in the 'Helpful Links' tab.

What is the warranty period on the Mockmill?

The Mockmill 100 and Mockmill 200 come with a 6 year warranty for non-commercial use. The Mockmill 100 LINO, Mockmill 200 LINO and Mockmill 200 PRO come with a 2 year warranty for commercial use, and 12 year warranty for domestic use.

What’s the difference between each of the Mockmill models?

The Mockmill 100 and Mockmill LINO 100 mill 100 grams of product per minute. The Mockmill 200 and Lino 200 mill 200 grams of product per minute. The Mockmill PRO 200 also mills 200 grams of product per minute, however this mill can be run continuously throughout the day with no cool down period. All of the Mockmill 100 and 200 models can be run for up to 15 – 25 minutes (product dependent) before needing a minimum 15 minute cool down period.
