Puratos ingredients feature throughout our Test Kitchen, where we develop and demonstrate recipes using their range alongside our equipment. We also share a dedicated space with Puratos at their Alexandria facility, giving bakers the chance to explore ingredients and equipment side by side.

Their range features throughout our Test Kitchen, supporting the recipes and demonstrations we develop for bakers across the country.

Founded in 1957, Mayers began by importing specialty European food to Australia. From humble beginnings in a Bondi garage, the family business has grown into a major importer and distributor with warehouses in Sydney and Melbourne. Our Test Kitchen regularly uses Mayers Fine Foods products, a supplier we consider a trusted partner to bakeries and commercial kitchens across Australia.

Established in 1899 by German miller Friedrich Laucke, Laucke has grown into an internationally recognised producer of speciality flours and baking mixes, still guided by a family business philosophy of quality, innovation and strong industry partnerships. We rely on Laucke flour and baking ingredients in our Test Kitchen, valuing their reputation as a long standing, trusted supplier to the Australian commercial baking industry.

Provenance Flour and Malt takes a single origin approach to flour, connecting farmers, millers and artisans through grain that carries the story of where it was grown. Every batch is tested across multiple quality parameters, from protein and gluten strength to fermentation behaviour, ensuring consistent performance without artificial additives. Lesaffre is a global leader in fermentation and bakery solutions, supporting bakers with more than 160 years of expertise in yeast, sourdough, improvers, mixes and other baking ingredients. With a strong presence across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific, Lesaffre combines global knowledge with local expertise to develop solutions that meet the evolving needs of bakers. Founded in 2009 with a mission to bring beautiful, cultured Australian butter to local kitchens, Pepe Saya has grown from a single stall at Carriageworks Farmers Market into an internationally recognised brand exporting to countries around the world. We’re proud to work alongside Pepe Saya, using their Buttersheets throughout our Test Kitchen. We’ve also collaborated directly with the Pepe Saya team on lamination masterclasses, pairing their Buttersheets with our equipment to teach the craft of laminated dough.

Founded by French trained baker Quentin Berthonneau, Oji House is a professional baking studio in Preston dedicated to the craft of naturally fermented bread and pastry. Quentin has worked with Vanrooy for over a decade across multiple businesses, and when he set out to build Oji House, he equipped the entire studio exclusively through us, from mixing and milling to proofing and baking. It’s a partnership we’re proud of, supporting a baker who is genuinely raising the standard of baking education in Australia.

Founded in Perth in 1998, Eustralis Food has grown into one of Australia’s leading specialty European food wholesalers, with distribution across seven major cities and a reputation for pioneering new products into the local market. In 2019, Eustralis launched L’Atelier, a dedicated pastry training centre in Sydney offering masterclasses with world renowned chefs. We run joint masterclasses with L’Atelier, bringing together technique and equipment for bakers looking to develop their craft, and use Eustralis product throughout our Test Kitchen.
