Reduces waste and production time while enhancing flavours, quality, preservation, and eliminating bacterial growth.
Constructed entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel with a 60mm insulated floor, one hinged door, and a 524mm ramp for trolley access.
Features modular panels insulated with 70mm CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane foam injected at 42 kg/m³.
Equipped with a remote high-performance condensing unit (operates within 10m) for consistent production.
Offers time- or core probe-based programming for precise operations.
Includes soft chilling (+3°C), hard chilling (+90°C to +3°C in 90 minutes, reaching -20°C), and deep freezing (+90°C to -18°C in 240 minutes, reaching -40°C).
Automatic or manual defrosting system with hot gas for ease of maintenance.
Ventilated refrigeration and tropicalised system ensure reliable performance in demanding conditions.
