Scott Megee from Artisan Crust in Cockatoo, Victoria has been a well renowned Chef/Artisan Baker for over 20 years. He is currently a Lecturer in Baking Studies at the Holmesglen Institute in Victoria. and was a member of Team Bakery Australia that won second place in the International Bread Baking Championship in Rimini, Italy,2009.
When Scott is not teaching, he is making delightful pastries and artisan bread from Artisan Crust in Cockatoo to wow the crowds at local Farmers' Markets throughout the spectacular Dandenong Ranges. 10% of all the Artisan Crust profits go to community aid and development work through TEAR Australia
