<p>Enrich360 is a program designed to save our soil, remove food waste from landfill and provide us with more nutritious tastier food. Enrich360® members convert their food waste into nutrient rich organic fertiliser by the use of enrich360 bio-dehydration machines. Enrich360® certified distributors collect their fertiliser and give it back to their farmers stopping the food waste from going into landfill and putting it to good use. This reduces the methane that destroys our ozone layer. Enrich360® farmers grow better, more nutritious produce whilst helping to stop soil degradation and so the cycle begins.</p>

<p>Food waste is placed inside the food waste Bio-Dehydrator where it goes through a fully automated process of dehydration, sterilisation and volume reduction (up to 90%). No additives are required – no water, no sawdust, no enzymes. The equipment requires only the input of electrical power for motors and heat energy.</p>
<p>Food waste is simply loaded into the hopper. The cycle takes from 8 hours to complete. At the end of the process, the machine is emptied completely and is immediately ready to receive the next load (batch loading). The machine can be loaded and run seven days a week – no need for any “lay days” with this process.</p>
<p>Everything goes in; meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, coffee grinds, flower displays. The entire procedure happens in a closed reactor chamber so that odour issues are non-existent. Mixed loads are recommended.</p>
<p>The product from this system will be utilised as a directly-applied organic fertiliser, a pelletised fertiliser or as a compost enhancer. Instead of the greenhouse gases and leachate that would be generated in landfill, the food waste we treat is being converted into a fantastic, sustainable resource.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Tekno Stamap TK 10/20/40/60 Planetary Mixers were specifically designed with reliably and constancy in mind. Not only attractively priced, but the machines require minimal to no maintenance. The design and features of the TK Series Planetary Mixers allow one to carry out very precise work cycles.</p>
<p>One of the main features contributing to precise operation is the simple Control Panel. The panel allows the operator to control mixing time and speed. Use of the various mixing utensils, which are easily and quickly changed, guarantee gentle, gradual and homogenous mixing. All these features make the C-Line 10/20/40/60 Planetary Mixers ideal to whip (i.e. mousse and creams) and also to mix small quantities of dough.</p>
<p>The structure is composed of a durable stainless steel carpentry. The safety grid is of stainless steel and plexiglass and the head section is covered by specially thermoformed shatter proof plastic safety cover. The various inner drive components are of a durable and unique stainless steel, while the transmission gears are constructed of rectified stainless steel nickel chrome molybdenum. The special attention paid to mechanical fortitude makes this machine quite and robust. Particular attention has also been paid to the incorporated safety features. The safety grid, when raised, makes the bowl lowering. The machine is endowed with a special tool arresting system. Once the machine is turned off, the rotation of the mixing tools immediately stopped.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Revolutionary technology designed in Spain, the Watercut system for high pressure cutting of pastry products provides capabilities and efficiencies like no other on the market. Able to produce shapes and cuts in an array of sizes, the Watercut bakery and pastry cutter will save your production extreme amounts of time whilst providing a higher quality finished product. We can reach high production rates with it and unleash our creativity by designing customised shapes. It’s been used by small pastry business and big retail suppliers. The operator can be working on other tasks while the machine is running.</p>
<p>Born in the year 2012, the Watercut LX is the third evolution of our machines since we started in the year 2001. We gather here all our experience, focused on building an easy, reliable machine that has what it’s needed in order to bring the water jet technology into the pastry industry. Which is the result? From the very beginning, it is the bestseller waterjet machine, the most economic machine in the market and our clients are very satisfied. It is installed in very far away countries from our headquarters in Spain, countries such as Australia, Japan, Chile, USA or South Africa. Of course, in France it is the bestseller machine.</p>
<p><strong><em>FIXED mode: </em></strong>The water jet moves in an area of 30 x 40 cm, where you can cut without moving the product. In addition, the tray has a displacement of 30 cm, so we can cut small chocolate decorations in half tray, then the tray will move smoothly 30 cm and the remaining half tray will be cut. Other combinations are also possible, such as 3 x 20 cm&#8230;</p>
<p><strong><em>FAST mode: </em></strong>Tray and water jet movements are combined. Accelerations are shared among them. Less acceleration in the tray means you can increase the actual acceleration of the jet and cut faster. If the cakes are less than 60 x 40 cm, then the movement of the tray is reduced even to less than half.</p>
<p><span lang="en" xml:lang="en"><strong><em>SMOOTH mode: </em></strong>Every product placed on the tray has a limit of acceleration bearable. If we pass that limit the product can move in the tray, but if we stay below that limit then the water jet can perform some movements with very high accelerations. The Watercut XS limits the acceleration suffered by the tray to a value that makes the product does not move on the tray, and transfers most of the acceleration to the movement of the jet, achieving cutting speeds equal to that which would have if the tray be still</span></p>
<p><strong><em>XY mode: </em></strong>This is a demonstration mode in which the tray moves in one direction and the water jet moves only in a line perpendicular to the movement of the tray. It serves to evaluate effectively the benefits of the three previous modes.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Revolutionary technology designed in Spain, the Watercut system for high pressure cutting of pastry products provides capabilities and efficiencies like no other on the market. Able to produce shapes and cuts in an array of sizes, the Watercut bakery and pastry cutter will save your production extreme amounts of time whilst providing a higher quality finished product. Since 2003, Watercut cutters move the pie leaving the water jet stationary. The Watercut XS moves both arms and tray in 4 different modes to achieve the maximum speed and precision in the smallest 60 x 40 cm tray machine in the market. Besides, we can now generate programs on the machine screen and the create real nesting with different figures in the same cake.</p>
<p><strong><em>FIXED mode: </em></strong>The water jet moves in an area of 30 x 40 cm, where you can cut without moving the product. In addition, the tray has a displacement of 30 cm, so we can cut small chocolate decorations in half tray, then the tray will move smoothly 30 cm and the remaining half tray will be cut. Other combinations are also possible, such as 3 x 20 cm&#8230;</p>
<p><strong><em>FAST mode: </em></strong>Tray and water jet movements are combined. Accelerations are shared among them. Less acceleration in the tray means you can increase the actual acceleration of the jet and cut faster. If the cakes are less than 60 x 40 cm, then the movement of the tray is reduced even to less than half.</p>
<p><span lang="en" xml:lang="en"><strong><em>SMOOTH mode: </em></strong>Every product placed on the tray has a limit of acceleration bearable. If we pass that limit the product can move in the tray, but if we stay below that limit then the water jet can perform some movements with very high accelerations. The Watercut XS limits the acceleration suffered by the tray to a value that makes the product does not move on the tray, and transfers most of the acceleration to the movement of the jet, achieving cutting speeds equal to that which would have if the tray be still</span></p>
<p><strong><em>XY mode: </em></strong>This is a demonstration mode in which the tray moves in one direction and the water jet moves only in a line perpendicular to the movement of the tray. It serves to evaluate effectively the benefits of the three previous modes.</p>

<p>Paul had spent 30+ years helping technology startups get off the ground when Wolfgang asked him to hop on board the Mockmill train. A longtime neighbour and sometime consultant for Wolfgang, Paul saw the opportunity to take on a mission he could enthusiastically pursue for years to come – a continuation of Wolfgang’s campaign for just-in-time milling of grains. In his role on the Mockmill team, Paul has become a well-known figure in the international bread scene, posting his home baking successes frequently on social media. He likes to surprise more experienced bakers with the statement that he “has never baked anything with flour he didn’t mill himself.”</p>
<p>Wolfgang’s life changed when, for his 29th birthday, he received a loaf of home-baked sourdough rye bread from a friend who had gone so far as to grind the rye grains himself to flour. Now, for more than forty years, he has been campaigning to wake people up to the right they have to be the ones opening those „treasure chests of nature“ – cereal grains – themselves.<br />
And he has, for nearly forty years, been providing ever better, ever more imaginative, ever more affordable tools for doing that at home. And he is more and more convinced of how important it is for people to take up that right!</p>
<p>Good for you</p>
<p>Part of living life to the fullest is knowing what you eat. Making sure you insist on goodness in your food. For example, the tiny living plant that is the essence of each grain kernel. Or the complex, protective, and supportive bran that coats the grain. Or the bountiful minerals and nutrients that can only be retained in full if you mill your grains yourself. That all this can be yours on a daily basis is the sensational story behind freshly home-milled grains.</p>
<p>You&#8217;re in charge</p>
<p>You’re empowered to decide just what you’ll eat. From your choice of specific grains, grown where and as you prefer, down to how fine (or coarse!) you grind them. Importantly: You decide when those nutritional treasure chests get opened. Only you can keep down to seconds the time between releasing the grains’ goodness and that goodness flowing, practically intact, into the foods you bake and cook. Goodness that’s yours to enjoy with friends or family. What could be better?</p>

<p>Whether you get your food from the grocery, the farmers’ market, a trusted neighbouring farm, or your own garden, you insist on freshness. And grains, marvellously packaged by nature, are fresh ingredients. So just as foods made with fresh fruits and vegetables taste better, so too do foods made with grains milled just-in-time.
