The Minos 9 offers a unique flexibility for the small chocolatier. Next to traditional one shot depositing into moulds, it is perfectly suited for one shot depositing directly onto a plate. Twin depositing offers the possibility to make double layer products into moulds or to deposit a soft cream directly onto a disc onto a plate. Imagine what products you can make with this, and what time you will be saving making them !
- In one shot mode, you can produce Neapolitans, pralines, truffle balls, bars and tablets with a filling.
- In Twin mode, you can make double layered products or 'pipe' a soft filling on top of a bottom of chocolate.
- Comes standard with 2D programmable belt.
